Meet Your Professional Guardian, Juliet

Juliet Rogers is an experienced Professional Guardian who believes that protecting the most vulnerable should be the guardian’s first priority. This is the reason she advocates daily to protect and enhance the dignity and quality of life of those she serves.    

Juliet has a history of volunteering to help seniors. It started when she was a child working with her grandfather to keep the yards of the seniors beautiful, followed by  having tea, cookies and great conversation with the “aged, experienced women.”  Oh, so much wisdom was gleaned.  Now fast forward to 2015 when Juliet was impacted by a corporate layoff and restructure.  She took this time as an opportunity to pursue her interests and passion.  By doing so, she found fulfillment advocating for elder members in her family and church. In 2017, Juliet also took on the role of co-caregiver for her mother.   

While assisting seniors  with their business matters and health affairs,   Juliet realized that there was a major void, acknowledging the reality that there are many people in similar situations who  do not have anyone to assist.  An elder law attorney observed how well Juliet related to these seniors and encouraged her to pursue the Guardianship certification.   

Juliet matched her business acumen with her passion for the advocating for the elderly and in 2021 formally launched her business JY Rogers Guardianship Services. 

Juliet keeps an open line of communication between clients, family, and the legal community, making  guardianship a positive experience for all involved. With over 20 years in both public and private sectors, Juliet uses her experience in finance, management, team building, asset management, and collaboration.  She has worked in the US and internationally and lived abroad.  She applies all these skills and diverse experiences to ensure the person and property of the vulnerable population are protected and managed. Juliet holds a BBA from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Jacksonville University and a Guardianship certification.
